Josephine Design will:

• Develop a comprehensive Design Plan and Scope of Work
• Provide design services including architectural plans and product/material cut sheets
• Help select licensed contractors and artisans
• Coordinate project from inception to completion, insuring that progress is timely and on budget
• Order finish materials (tile, flooring, cabinetry, appliances, plumbing fixtures and accessories)
• Coordinate the installation of plantings and irrigation systems
